Has your anxiety gone up since this pandemic?
You’re not alone. According to Disaster Distress Helpline, a federal crisis hotline that provides counseling for people facing emotional distress, there has been a huge spike in calls.
In March, they saw a 338% increase in call volume compared with February. And compared to last year for the month of March, they had an 891% increase of calls.
And why not?
Unemployment is at an all-time high, the U.S. is leading the world in Corona cases, we’re unable to grieve properly because of social distancing.
And we don’t know what else to expect.
So in those post I am going to give you Bible verses for mental health and anxiety. Repeat them to yourselves or share with a friend. But put them to use as quickly as you can!
Mental Health Verses from the Psalms
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.
